Ball hubs
Like Peilin hubs, the ball hub is called the ball hub because of their internal structure. The internal structure of the ball hub is an angular contact structure. What does it mean? No matter whether the state of the wheel is tilted or not, the force inside the hub will be in a straight line.
Therefore, no matter what state the ball hub is in, its own performance will not be affected or changed too much, and the force will basically be on a straight line. However, compare with the Peilin Flower Drum, its own resistance is much greater.
Although the resistance of the ball hub is high, its own pressure resistance is very good. It is very suitable for long-distance riding or heavy-duty riding, because the better the compression resistance, the better the weight-bearing capacity of the bicycle, so it is very suitable for long-distance riding or heavy-duty riding.
When choosing a hub, you should choose the type of hub that suits you. Choose according to your own riding conditions and riding type. You can choose ball hubs for off-road or long-distance riding. You can choose Peilin hubs for normal racing or ordinary riding. Each has its own advantages and disadvantages.
